Laura, Camilo, and I traveled to Cuba this summer. A big portion of our time was spent in Havana. We stayed with Laura's cousin Violeta and her sons Daniel and Jose, and we visited with many of the people we met when we traveled there ten years ago. This selection is more or less a chronological showing of our time there.
The closest thing to an embassy the US has in Cuba - an office of US interests, with a large sign displaying anti-revolution rhetoric at night. The black flags block its view.
